Our task is not over once we have fabricated a custom-built deburring machine
and delivered it to you. The process after delivery is the real job for us.

After-sales service is an important element of custom-built deburring machines,
as no two machines are ever the same. Thanks to our motto of “prompt response
to customers' requests,” we are proud to be able to say that we continue to
receive orders from some of our customers from 32 years ago.

This is where specialized deburring machines, including deburring robots and units, come in. But on the other hand, overdeburring may give rise to other problems
such as scratches and secondary burrs.

The truth be told, there is no such thing as a perfect deburring machine.
The reality is that custom-built machines are manufactured according to
individual specifications taking cost-benefit performance into consideration. Custom-built specialized machines are used to remove burrs on both the
outside and inside of parts.

Parts and materials that can be deburred include:
die-castings, forged aluminum components, shafts, cylinders, pipes, plastics,
rubber, parts, sheet metal, pistons, stainless steel, PVC pipes and other general processed parts. (Deburring may be difficult depending on the size, shape and required specifications of parts.)

We design custom-built equipment including;

　Deburring machine for extremely small holes
　Removes burrs and flashes on the inside of holes.

Deburring machine for fragile parts
Equipped with robot hands for extracting cores,
touch sensors, and rubber pads.

Air clamps, toggle clamps, eagle clamps, hydraulic clamps and other custom-built clamps are used to hold parts, for example, pipes, molds, die-castings, plastics, aluminum and steel parts.

We have in-depth expertise in both clamps and positioning technology, and we
are able to cope with parts even if it is difficult to decide their reference position.

Special instructions for removing plastic flash:
In most cases, plastic flash is caused by defective molds and problems in the
molding process. The original purpose of using plastic parts was to manufacture reasonably priced products. However, the additional process of removing flash increases production costs. The basic premise should be to prevent flash caused
by molds and the molding processes. If that is impossible, deburring machines
need to be fabricated, but that costs a lot of money.
This issue tends to produce results conflicting with the original purpose of using plastic parts.
