The palletizer is a factory-automation device that automatically aligns completed products or components, and places them on a pallet in accordance with previously set patterns.

This palletizer delivers an unmanned, fully-automated system that achieves significant cost reductions.

A response-test and pressure leakage-test function can be installed in the palletizing machine for use with high-performance automotive components.

　meter comes off and the degree of airtightness.
-Basic procedure: The voltage at which a solenoid valve operates is

　"Unacceptable"). The airtightness of the valve is tested in the second
　process (valves are classified as "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable").
　Then, valves that pass both tests are marked by an ink jet printer,

-Basic function:Probe, level-maintaining function, pick-and-place

-Basic procedure: To start running the machine, pick up a pallet
　containing crystals and set in place on the two-axis SCARA robot.
　When the robot transfers a crystal just below the probe, inspection
　starts. Defective crystals are sucked up into a defective-part box
　by a vacuum pad and are disposed of. The pallet is stacked on a
　shelf on the left side of the machine after all the crystals have
　been inspected.

　1: Controlled by Windows Visual Basic (VB).
　2: The output waveform of crystals is inspected by an oscilloscope.
