A high-performance machine that increases productivity by 50 percent, drawing many inquiries from overseas.
-A finishing machine for the semiconductor industry
-Basic function: A finishing machine for processing the ends of quartz crucibles that determine the quality of silicon ingots (used in the production of semiconductors and solar cells).
-Basic procedure: The machine cuts and chamfers the ends of crucibles with large diameters from small diameters in full automation process. A crucible is placed in the cutting machine by the loading device, alignedin the center automatically, and cut from the inside to the outside. Then, the crucible is transferred to the chamfering device, chamfered on the inside and the outside, cleaned and unloaded. The whole process is completed in 10 minutes by this specialized machine.

-Basic function: the cutting machine cuts a standard-size board into
thin laths having a trapeziform cross section.
-Basic procedure: Load a board (20 mm thick) with a maximum length of
910 mm onto the table of machine. Manually set the stopper that
determines cut length, and press the start button. The machine clamps
the board in place, rotates the saw blade and feeds the board
automatically. After the board is cut, the chip saw cutter returns to the
original position, and the clamp is released. A thin lath is delivered to
the output side by pressing the board on the stopper again.

pieces of a specified length, flares one end of each piece, cools the
cut pieces, and stores them.
-Basic procedure:Visually inspect a 1280-mm length of 30-mm OD glass
tube, and load onto the machine. The machine places a load on the
tube and sets up the trimmer automatically through checking the output.
After inspection, the machine cuts the tube into 127-mm long pieces
automatically, flares one end of each piece, and transfers the cut parts
to a cooling conveyor.

-Basic function: Adjusts the trimmers of sensors, and sets the range of analogue data that sensors detect accurately and automatically.
-Basic procedure: Places sensor components on the machine and applies pneumatic pressure to adjust the trimmers automatically-depending on the output.

1: Displays the change in the trimmer output on a liquid crystal monitor in real time, and adjusts to the set value.

-Basic function:Probe, level-maintaining function, pick-and-place device, two-axis SCARA (Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm robot, digital storage oscilloscope and computer
-Basic procedure: To start running the machine, pick up a pallet containing crystals and set in place on the two-axis SCARA robot. When the robot transfers a crystal just below the probe, inspection starts. Defective crystals are sucked up into a defective-part box by a vacuum pad and are disposed of. The pallet is stacked on a shelf on the left side of the machine after all the crystals have been inspected.

-Basic function: Checks for missing components and incorrect component assembly, measures the force required to operate a door lever, and manages traceability.
-Basic procedure: Inspects dozens of car door components, including the main latch of slide doors, for missing parts or incorrect assembly. In addition, it measures the force required to operate the door lever using a load cell. The contact digital sensor measures the operational range and stroke with a high degree of accuracy. To ensure traceability, acceptable components are marked and returned automatically. A programmable logic controller (PLC) stores data on types of doors, production volume, defective components and locations, and date and time defects are detected. Defective components are delivered to a dedicated chute. Up to five types of doors can be inspected by changing jigs.

-Basic function: Tests the performance of speed governors used for industrial elevators
-Basic procedure: Equipped with a touch panel that enables changing the type of governor being tested, as well as setting the speed. The test results "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable" are displayed on the touch panel. Additional types of governors can be tested using specialized jigs. A data storage function can be added as an option.

-Inspection machine for the functional component industry
-Basic function: Inspects the voltage that a solenoid valve of a fluid meter comes off and the degree of airtightness.
-Basic procedure: The voltage at which a solenoid valve operates is tested in the first process (valves are classified as "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable"). The airtightness of the valve is tested in the second process (valves are classified as "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable"). Then, valves that pass both tests are marked by an ink jet printer, and placed on a pallet.

-Basic procedure: Aligns cylindrical finished parts that are transferred in a horizontal position and turns upright. Adjusts the distance among the parts to the width of container to feed the parts into a container, which is stored in a carrier when it is filled with parts.
